Orders

The lowest quantity you can order is 50 pcs.
You can consult us and mix with different products, as long as you meet the minimum quantity of 50 pcs.
We will release all items truthfully to the quotation. However, if the item is not right or suitable according to the proof of work, we will process a refund and do a recovery process accordingly.
We will need about 2 weeks for sampling and about 4-6 weeks for mass production. For overseas shipment, it will be subject to customs clearance.

Artwork
We are able to help you adjust and fine-tune the design. However, if the design is complex, we will advise you to get a design agency or a designer to work on the artwork.
Please send us your logo file in AI or PDF format. Additionally, provide the color code for your logo’s files.
Please note that a printed sample will take about 2 weeks.
